~(99)Tc~m标记的H-IgG的制备

摘要: 采用还原抗体双硫键直接标记法，制备了￣（９９）Ｔｃ￣ｍ标记的人血桨丙种球蛋白（Ｈ－ＩｇＧ），标记率高达９５％以上，稳定。动物分布及显像表明￣（９９）Ｔｃ￣ｍ－Ｈ－ＩｇＧ性能优于￣（９９）Ｔｃ￣ｍ标记的红细胞。
