Abstract: STUDIES OF A NEW ~（68）Ge／~（68）Ga GENERATOR Ⅱ．PREPARATION OF CeO_2 SUPPORTS AND PERFORMANCE OF GENERATORSSong Ming；Bao Borong（Shanghai Institute of Nuclear Research，Chinese Academy of Sciences，201800）ABSTRACT The behavior of germanium and gallium on several kingds of cerium dioxide supports is investigated．Three ~（68）Ge／~（68）Ga Generators based on different CeO_2 supports are tested．One of the generatorsyields more than 45％ of the ~（68）Ga formed and less than 0．007％ of the ~（68）Ge fixed in the first 1 ml 0．02 mol／l HCl eluate，which represents the best compromise．Key words ~（68）Ge／~（68）Ga generator cerium dioxide support
