镭-铍中子源辐照鱼卵促进鱼苗和成鱼生长的研究

  • 摘要: 从1976年至1979年,辐照鲢、鲤、草、鳙鱼卵共1353万粒,先后用53种不同剂量,辐照50余次。中子注量在(1.8±0.09)×10 ̄5至(73.4±3.67)×10 ̄5cm ̄(-2)之间进行试验,选出较好的剂量,鲢鱼为9.2×10 ̄5cm ̄(-2)、鲤鱼为18×10 ̄5cm ̄(-2)、草鱼为14.4×10 ̄5cm ̄(-2)、鳙鱼为10×10 ̄5cm ̄(-2)。鱼卵胚胎发育期为原肠中期时进行中子辐照。成鱼生长实验选用经镭-铍中子源辐照促长效果较好的冬片鱼苗。

     

    Abstract: PROMOTING GROWTH OF FRY AND ADUIT FISH BY IRRADIATING FISH EMBRYOS WITH LOW-DOSE OF Ra_Be NEUTRON SOURCEYu Yongcheng(Fishfarm of Nanzheng county of Shangxi province, 723100)Zhang Yuhua;Wu Jilan(Departement of Technical Physics,Peking University,100871)AESTRACI Proper neutron dose can stimulate fries to grow. The optimum neutron fluence is from9.2×10~5cm~(-2)to 18×10~5 cm~(-2).The yield of fries is increased by 16%─24%(silver carp fries) and 6%─30%(carp fries). The cultivated period of the treated silver carp fries is shortened by 28─45 days(1/3 to 1/2 period).The irradiated embryos of silver carp and carp are reared and produced for com-mercial adult fish in 1992.
