用核素双标记法研究厌氧生物降解途径

  • 摘要: 采用放射性核素双标记法(即 ̄(14)C标记在对苯二甲酸(TA)的羧基上, ̄3H标记在苯环上)对TA进行标记。标记的TA与无标记的TA混合,共同作为厌氧试验的基质,通过测定甲烷和二氧化碳中 ̄(14)C和 ̄3H的变化和色-质联机分析TA的厌氧生物降解过程及主要中间产物,得出TA的厌氧降解基本途径。其主要中间产物有:苯甲酸、烷基苯、C_8-C_(13)的饱和烷烃,C_8-C_(12)的烯烃,环烷烃和小分子的醛、醇、酸等

     

    Abstract: ON THE ANAEROBIC BIODEGRADATION PATHWAY OF TA BY ~(14)C and ~3H DOUBLE-LABELLING METHODShen Lixian;Liu Mei(Beijing Municipal Research Institute of Environmental Protection,10037)Lin Zhongmin(Beijing Normal Umversity,100875)ABSRACT The mxiture of ~(14)C and ~3H labelled terephthalic acid TA-(Carbonyl-~(14)C)-(aromaticring-~3H)and non-labelled TA are used as the substrate to carry out the anaerobic test.The TA biodegradationprocess and main intermediate products are obtaind by examining the changes of the concentration of~(14)C and ~3H in methane and carbon dioxide and the analytical results of GC/MS.The main in termediatepreducts in the anaerobic reaction are benzoic acid,alkyl-benzenes,C_8-C_(13) saturated hydrocarbons,C_8-C_(12) olefin,cyclanes and small molecules of aldehyde,alcohol,organic acid and ester,etc.Theanaerobic biedegradation path way of TA is explained qualitatively.Key words ~3H ~(14)C double-labelling terephthalic acid an aerobic biodegradation pathway
