Among them,16 0 cases of cerebral infarction,12 0 cases of cerebral arteriosclerosis,30 casesof vertebrobasilar ischemia and l 9 cases of transient ischemic attack(TIA) are clinically confirmed. In the order of above cascs, the poqitive rate of SPECT imaging were 90.6%,8.2%, 86.7%and84.2%respectively. The overall po6itive rate is 89.4%(294/329). However, the overall positiverate Qf X(T was 60.3%(135/224). It is suggested that~(99)Tc~m-ECD SPECT cerebral perfusion imag-ing not only accurately reflects regiocal function , metabolism and blood supply of the ischemicparts , but also has important value for early diagnosis, evaluating the effect of therapy and prognosisjn ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Key words brain ischemic cerebrovascular diseases radionuclidic imaging perfusion imag-ing
