Abstract: β_2-MICROGLOBULIN,ALBIMIN RADIOIMMNUNOASSAY AND ITS CLINICAL APPARISAL Yu Yuming Zhu Qiyuan Cheng Guangliang（Department of Nuclera Medicine,Bengbu Medical College,Anhui 233003）Yang Meiqin Sun Suhua（Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical Couege,Anhaui 23303）ABSTRACT The β_2-MG，Alb RIA kits were made in the Radioisotope Department of China lnstitute ofAtomic Energy. They may be used as new type kits inspecting the function indexes of kidney．In thereport，these kits are considered to be of hige quality by the data of l 5 tests．The serum and urineβ_2-MG and urine Alb values of 8 2 normal subjects and 210 abnormal subjects of different kidney diseasesare measured by radioimmunoassay. The resuIts show that the values ofβ_2-MG and Alb values of thepatients are sigl1ifican tly higher than that of heaIthy subjects. It is suggested that the β_2-MG and Albvalues measured by radioimmunoassay are very useful and sensitive function indexes of kidney in theclinical diagnosis of diffe re nt kidney diseases.Key words radioimmunoassay β_2-microgobulin（β_2-MG）albumin（Alb）
