LDPE片材的共辐射接枝改性及其表面粘接性

  • 摘要: 研究了甲醇作链调节剂、Mohr's盐作阻聚剂、水作溶剂,在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)片材上γ射线辐射接枝丙烯酸(AAC),以改善其表面粘接性。研究表明LDPE片材的接枝率依赖于辐照剂量、剂量率、单体浓度、甲醇浓度。如果接枝液中有一定数量的甲醇,能明显地抑制均聚反应,并且接枝液可再次使用。LDPE表面经改性后,粘接性有了很大的提高,采用改性环氧胶,其粘接强度很容易达到高于材料本身的强度。

     

    Abstract: MUTUAL IRRADIATION GRAFTING OF LDPE PLATE AND ITS SURFACE ADHESIVITY Rao Zhigomg Xu Ziyan Zang zhihui Li Chaoshun Zeng Xingmiao Wang Binglin(Beijing Radiation Applicaticm Research Center,100012)ABSTRACT The γ- irradiation mutual grafting method is used for modifing the surface adhesivity of LDPEplate.AAC,methanol,Mohr's saIt and water are used as monomer chain adjusting agent,inhibitorand solvent respectively.The study shows that the degree of grafting deponds on the tOtal dase,dOserate, monomer concentration and methanol concentration. When the degree of grafting is higer than6.25%,the grafting occurs mostly in the bulk of LDPE plate.The grafting solution can be repcatedlyused if some methanol exists in it.The surface adhesivity of grafting modified LDPE plate is enhanced8一9 times.Key words irradiation grafting LDPE surface moedification adhesivity epoxide resin
