Abstract:
Multiple tumour markers including serum CEA, SF, β_2-MG, AFP and CG are detected by RIA in 101 4 patients with malignant tumout. The results show that the positive rate of CEA in diagnosis of cardiac, rectal, gastric, colonic and adenocarcinoma are rather high, they are 58. 3%/, 57.6%, 55.8%,53. 4% and 58.6%; the SF has rather positive rate in primary hepatic cancer, malignant lymphoma, lung squamous cell cancer and esophageal cancer, they are 57.1%, 52. 1%, 53.9% and 35.5%. The positive rates of β_2-MG are 40%—70% for different malignant tumour groups. AFP and CG are very high mainly in primary hepatic cancer; their positive percentage are 81.7% and 75.3%. The combined RIA of multiple tumour markers would suppliment the deficiency of single marker detection and provided us with more diagnosis information.
