抗TSH单克隆抗体的碘标记及其在免疫放射分析中的应用

RADIOIODINATION OF ANTI-TSH MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND IT' S USE FOR TSH IMMUNORADIOMETRIC ASSAY

摘要: 报道了TSH单克隆抗体的Iodogen碘化方法及反应时间、温度、Iodogen剂量对~(125)I-抗TSH单克隆抗体比活度的影响。观察了分别在4℃及37℃贮存时示踪物稳定性及比度对TSH免疫放射分析标准曲线的影响。

Abstract: The radioiodination of anti-TSH monoclonal antibody using Iodogen reagent and the effects of reaction time, temperature and Iodogen dose on the specific activity are discussed. The stability of the tracer stored at 4 ℃ and 37 ℃ and the influence of the specific activity of the tracer on standard curve for TSH IRMA are described.
