Abstract: According to the fact that different heavy water, concentration has different characteristic infrared spectrum, the mediumly concentrated heavy water is determined using sealed liquid cell of fixed thickness at 3040 cm~(-1), 2700 cm~(-1), 1900 cm~(-1), etc. wavenumbers and calibrating a curve with samples of known concentration. The precision is lower than 0. 50%.
