APPRAISAL OF DIASTEREOISOMERIC ~(99)Tc~m-d l-HMPAO KIT MATERIAL ANALYSIS OF HMPAO USING INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY

摘要: 确证了HMPAO的两种非对映异构体d,l-HMPAO和meso-HMPAO的红外光谱。利用d,l-HMPAO1320 cm~(-1),meso-HMPAO 1335 cm~(-1)两者特征吸收峰吸光度与浓度比值的线性关系,建立了以K值计算d,l-HMPAO中meso-HMPAO含量的测定方法,并以此进行定量分析。

Abstract: Infrared spectra of d, l-HMPAO and meso-HMPAO were described. It was found that the ratio of the concentration of two diastereoisometric d, l-HMPAO and meso-HMPAO is proportional to the ratio of their absorbances at 1320 cm~(-1) and 1335 cm~(-1). Main foreign meso-HMPAO in d, l-HMPAO can be determined quantitatively with this K method. Detectable limit of the method is about 1%. The precision is better than 3%.
