人血清促甲状腺激素磁性免疫放射分析的临床应用

THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF MAGNETIC IRMA FOR HUMAN SERUM TSH

摘要: 文章总结了采用磁性免疫放射分析法(M IRMA)测定人血清TSH含量。对甲状腺功能正常、甲亢、甲减共281例进行了分析研究。结果表明:M TSH IRMA对甲亢、甲状腺功能正常和甲减者能准确区分。其含量分别为<0.14、0.14—7.8和8.51—126.50 μIU/ml。由于采用磁性分离,避免了离心速度和离心温度对结果造成的影响,同时,也克服了用RIA测定TSH含量时甲状腺功能正常与甲亢患者二者结果的重叠。

Abstract: The article summarizes the results of M IRMA of human serum TSH contents in 281 cases of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function. The results demonstrate that M TSH IRMA can distinguish correctly hyper- or hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function. These contents are<0.14, 8.51—126.50 and 0.14—7.80 μIU/ml respectively. M IRMA overcomes the overlapping of serum TSH values in hyperthyroidism and normal thyroid function with RIA.
