近代甲状腺功能测定的策略及价格-效益分析

STRATEGIES OF CURRENT THYROID FUNCTION TESTING AND IT' S COST-EFFECT ANALYSIS

摘要: 文章简要复习近代甲状腺功能测定的策略及其价格-效益分析。指出超灵敏促甲状腺索(sTSH)免疫放射分析为首选试验,游离甲状腺素(FT_4)和游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)放射免疫分析亦十分有助。作者就我国推广甲状腺功能测定的新策略作了讨论。

Abstract: Strategies of current Thyroid Function Testing and Cost-Effect Analysis were reviewed. The sTSH IRMA is the keystone for confirmation and exclusion of thyroid dysfunction. The FT_4 and FT_3 RIA are useful assays. In China, how to use the new strategies of thyroid function testing was also discussed.
