骨肿瘤治疗剂~(153)Sm-EDTMP的研究

摘要: 通过两步反应合成EDTMP(Ethylene Diamine Tetramethylene Phosphonic Acid,乙二胺四亚甲基酸。在中国原子能科学研究院重水堆辐照富集的~(152)Sm_2O_3(~(152)Sm富集丰度95.84%),制备~(153)Sm_2Cl_3,研究溶靶条件,分析其γ能谱及β能谱。利用螯合反应制备~(153)Sm-EDTMP,研究温度、pH值,反应时间和反应物加入摩尔比对其标记率的影响。初步的动物实验表明:~(153)Sm-EDTMP骨组织吸收高,非骨组织低,血液清除快。Abstract: Reactor-produced ~(153)Sm is both a beta and gammar emitter with a physical half-life of 46.7 h. Under optimum conditions, EDTMP complexed ~(153)Sm in high yield..(153)Sm -EDTMP, with the better combination of high bone uptake in rats, low nonosseous uptake, and rapid blood clearance, could be therapeutically useful in treating bone cancer.
