~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3注射液的放射化学纯度分析

摘要: <正> ~(99)Tc~m-巯乙酰三甘氨酸(~(99)Tc~m-Mercaptoacetyltriglyeine,MAG_3)是目前~(99)Tc~m标记比较理想的肾小管分泌型显像剂。~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3注射液中可能含有未标记的高锝酸根(~(99)Tc~mO_4~-)、还原水解锝(H-R-~(99)Tc~m)等放射化学杂质,这些杂质直接影响显像的清晰程度。因此对~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3注射液的放射化学纯度(RCP)的分析是评价~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3注射液质量的重要指标之一。本文建立Abstract: A two-system paper chromatographic method has been established for the determination of RCP of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 injection. R_f-values of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3, ~(99)Tc~mO_4~- and H-R-~(99)Tc~m= (hydrolysis reduced ~(99)Tc~m) are 0.9, 0.8,0.0 in system Ⅰ, and 0.0, 0.4, 0.0 in system Ⅱ respectively. The RCP and percentages of ~(99)Tc~mO_4~- and H-R-~(99)Tc~m of ~(99)Tc~m-MAG_3 injection have been determined with this mehtod.
