辐照丹皮灭菌及药理影响研究

THE RADIATION STERILIZATION OF THE PAEONIA SUFFRUTICOSA ANDR. SKIN BY ~(60)Co-γ RAYS AND THE INFLUENCE OF RADIATION ON ITS PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITY

  • 摘要: ~(60)Co-γ射线辐照丹皮原粉有明显的灭菌效果。10kGy剂量辐照对丹皮主要成分丹皮酚(Paeonol)的含量无明显影响,但在其提取液的薄层层析时,观察到辐照二天后的样品比对照样品少一斑点(R_t=0.7)。存放一个月后再作层析时该斑点又重新出现。10kGy剂量辐照对丹皮的急性毒性和药理活性均无明显影响。

     

    Abstract: The effect of radiation sterilization on the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. skin was investigated and the influence of radiation on the main components and their pharmacological activity was discussed. Radiation doses up to l0 kGy have no noticeable influence on the main components of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. skin, but the thin layer chromatography showed that the sample two days after irradiation lost a speck at position R_f=0.7 in the graph in comparison with the control sample. Stored the sample for one month, however, the speck reappeared in the graph, Radiation at dose of 10 kGy has no obvious influence on the acute toxity and the pharmacological activity of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andt. skin.
