    Abstract: Nuclear reactor production of ~(18)F and labelling methods of ~(18)Fradiopharmaeeuticals were briefly described, and the possible clinical and non-clinical applications with such radiopharmaceuticals and compounds were assessed, This report discussed the production mechanism of ~(18)F by the ~6Li(n, α)~3H reaction followed by ~(16)O(t, n)~(18)F, target designs, separation of carrier-free ~(18)F and labelling methods of some ~(18)F-Pharmaceuticals. It can be expected that ~(18)F-radiopharmaceuticals will be developed and used for clinical and non-clinial research where there is nuclear reactor.
