Abstract: With the study of the relationship between the labelling position, derivative series, labelling nuclei respectively and adrenal affinity by means of analytical and inductive method, we obtained some structure-activity relationships of cholesterol analogues as adrenal imaging agent. They are quite useful for the design of new cholesterol analogues as adrenal imaging agent.
