摘要: 通过二步反应合成了EC,並用~(99)Tc~mO_4-标记制得~(99)Tc~m-EC。研究了pH,SnCl_2的用量,EC的含量对标记率的影响,並测量了~(99)Tc~m-EC在小鼠体内的分布。

Abstract: EC was synthesized by two-step reactions and labeled with ~(99)TcO_4~-. The effects of pH value, various quantities of SnCl_2, and of EC on labelling yield were studied. The biodistribution in mice was measured.
