HN-5O1A型中子活化瞬发γ在线元素分析系统的研究及其在铝厂中的应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF AN ON-LINE THERMAL NEUTRON PROMPT-GAMMA ACTIVATION ANALYSIS SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了HN-501A型中子活化瞬发Υ在线元素分析系统的性能、原理、组成和工业应用情况。该仪器测量H的瞬发Υ峰的能量分辨率为3.6keV。测量Al_2O_3,Fe_2O_3,CaO,SiO_2.Na_2O.TiO_2和H_2O的含量误差分别为±土0.3.±0.1,±0.3,±0.8,±0.2,±0.2和±0.5%。该仪器曾在山东铝厂和郑州铝厂进行过现场应用实验,证明该系统的稳定性、可靠性、测量范围和测量精度皆能满足氧化铝生产的需要。使用之后,可减轻劳动强度、降低能耗和提高氧化铝生料浆配比的合格率,可望获很高的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the principles, instrumentation, implementation and industrial applications of an on-line thermal neutron promptgamma activation analysis system (using a ~(252)Cf neutron source, AmBe neutron source, or neutron generator). The energy resolution of the system at the H prompt-gamma full-energy photopeak is 3.6keV. The concentration measurement error of A1_2O_3, Fe_2O_3, CaO, SiO_2, Na_2O, TiO, and H_20 is ±0.3%, ±0.1%, ±0.3%, ±0.3%, ±0.2%, ±0.2%and ±0.5% respectively. The system has been tested on-site at both the Shandong and the Zhengzhou Aluminium Works. Our preliminary on-site measurements confirm that the stability, reliability, measurement range and accuracy of the system can meet the requirements of the aluminium production process. Facilitation of this system at aluminium plants is expected to produce much higher economic benefits by reducing the plant costs through reduced energy consumption, more rapid qualification of pulps being mixed during the production process, and in reduced labor costs.
