离子选择电极法测定~(125)I-NaI溶液的载体含量

DETERMINATION OF THE CARRIER CONTENT IN ~(125)I SOLUTION BY IONSELECTIVE ELECTRODES

  • 摘要: 本文报道了用小型固体碘离子选择电极法,测定放射性碘溶液的载体含量。方法简便快速,可大为减少工作人员所受的辐射剂量。与分光光度测定法作了对比,确认本法的测定结果是准确的。放射性浓度高达7×10~9Bq/ml对离子选择电极法的测定无影响。方法的测量范围:0.3μg/ml—10mg/ml。检测下限为3×10~(-2)μg/ml。允许测定的样品pH范围为2—13。

     

    Abstract: Determination of the carrier content in ~(125)I solution by ion-selective electrodes has been investigated. The stability of ion-selective electro- des in 24 hours is less than 1 mⅤ. The reproducibility is 0.7%.The slope of the calibration curve is 95%—99% of the theoretical value. The concentration range of determination is 0.3μg/ml—10mg/ml.The limit of detection is (3—5)×10~(-2)μg/ml. The determinable pH range is 2—13. Comparing with spectrophotometry, the analytical results agree. The range of determination is wide. The method is simple, easy and fast. The radiation dose is abated. The method is currently used in routine quality-control.
