耐热性绝缘套管的研制

A STUDY OF THE HEAT-RESISTANT INSULATING SHEATH

  • 摘要: 本文报道采用辐射交联技术,研制一种能耐受260℃的波峰焊接高温,热收缩率<5%的小型绝缘套管。文章给出了材料配方,辐照交联的吸收剂量,套管试制工艺改进以及在彩色电视机生产线上的试用结果。

     

    Abstract: A kind of small insulating sheath was radiation cross-linked. The product could resist the wave crest temperature of soldering at 260℃ and the thermocontractibility was below 5%. The constituents of starting materials, the absorbed dose for radiation cross-linking, the modified processing and the results of applcation are given.
