辐射再生丁基橡胶的研究和应用

STUDIES AND APPLICATION OF RECLAIMED BUTYL RUBBER BY RADIATION

  • 摘要: 在射线作用下,废旧的树脂硫化丁基胶发生裂解,从而得到丁基橡胶的再生。本文研究了吸收剂量,剂量率和预处理方法对再生丁基胶物理性能的影响。辐射再生丁基胶具有良好的工艺加工性能和物理性能。其伸长率达400%以上;可塑度(威)0.25以上;强力10MPa以上。用辐射再生丁基胶制作的产品,使用寿命和常规材料制作的产品持平。辐射法制备丁基再生胶是再生胶厂的一种新型方法。

     

    Abstract: The waste vulcanized butyl rubber is degraded by radiation and butyl rubber is reclaimed. In this paper, absorbed dose, dose rate, and pretreatment methods on properties of reclaimed butyl rubber are studied. The reclaimed butyl rubber is easily processed. It has excellent mechanical properties: the elongation is more than 40% the plasticity is more than 0.25, the tensile strength is more than 10MPa. The service life of products made of reclaimed butyl rubber by radiation is as long as products made of routine materials. It is a good method for reclaimed plants to provide the reclaimed butyl rubber by rediation.
