棉纤维素辐射改性研究——Ⅰ.钻井液用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)辐射合成初探

STUDY ON RADIATION MODIFICATION OF CELLULOSE Ⅰ. PRELIMINARY STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF CMC USED IN DRILLING MUDS BY RADIATION GRAFTING

  • 摘要: <正> 一、引言 羧甲基纤维素(CMC)在纺织、医药、食品和化妆品等轻工业中有广泛用途。此外,在石油钻井中是控制泥浆失水量、保持钻井液粘度和切力的重要泥浆处理剂,我国有不少厂家和研究所用化学法生产CMC,可以满足轻工业方面的应用要求,但它们的泥浆性能尚不理想。

     

    Abstract: Plant cellulosic materials are a large kind of natural polymeric compounds which have abundant source and significant uses. Carboxymethyl Cellulose(CMC) is used not only in industries of fabric, medicine and food but also in drilling muds. CMC can be produced in our country, but the quality of domestic products is not good enough to use in mud oil. In present work, the hydrophilic monomer, AAM, was grafted onto cellulose by pre-irradiation technology, and than the grafted cellulose was reacted with ClCH_2 COONa. The CMC grafted with AAM have pretty good mud and physico-chemical properties which can compare with the high quality CMC Drispac, made in USA.The experimental conditions and mechanism were discussed as well.
