γ射线辐照草莓的协同保鲜效应的研究

A STUDY OF THE SYNERGETIC EFFECT OF STRAWBERRYγ-RAY RADIATION

  • 摘要: 本文研究了商品等级草莓在储存期间的变化规律。在延长草莓货架寿命方面,使用1kGy、2kGy或3kGy剂量的单纯γ辐照方法。其效果未能优于单纯冰箱冷藏方法。研究表明,γ辐照和冷藏相结合的方法,可以产生协同效应,显示了引人注目的实用价值。

     

    Abstract: The change of commercial strawberry quality during storage period was studied. The shelf lifetime of irradiated strawberries by the single radiation means using 1kGy, 2kGy or 3kGy dose is not longer than the effect of storage in icebox. However, the study indicated that the synergetic effect could be produced by combine radiation means with icebox.
