Abstract:
This paper describes the way of in vivo labelling of the blood pool imaging agent ~(99m)Tc-RBC by stannous-pyrophosphate method. The radioactivity concentration of ~(99m)Tc-pertechnetate, the dose and the Hp of the pharmaceuticals, factors which effect the efficiency of the labelling were studied. The kit has been made for clinical use. The labelling efficiency of more than 96.0% can be obtained as long as the dose of 0.1—0.2mg/kg body weight is used. It was proved by clinical uses to 30 patients that this kit could show the images of blood pools of heart and liver clearly.
