摘要: 从合成、标记和稳定性诸方面对目前临床上常用的肾上腺显影剂~(131)I-19-碘代胆固醇(CL-19-~(131)I),~(131)I-6-碘代胆固醇(CL-6-~(131)I)、~((123)(131))I-6-碘甲基-19-去甲胆固醇(NCL-6-~((123)(131))I)和~(75)se-6-甲基硒甲基-19-去甲胆固醇(SMC)等进行了介绍和比较。Abstract: Adrenal imaging agents for current clinical use are ~(131)I-19-iodocholesterol (CL-19-~(131)I), ~(131)I-6-iodoeholestero1 (CL-6-~((131))I), ~(123)(131)I-6β-iodom(?)thyl-19-norcholest-5(10)-en-3β-ol (NCL-6-~(123)((131)I) and ~(75)Se-6β-methylselenomethyl-19-norchoholest-5(10)-en-3β-ol (SMC)etc. They are introduceu here and compared with each other according to their synthesis, labelling and stability.
