摘要: <正> 一、前言葫芦素B(Cucurbitacin B简称CuB)是由甜瓜蒂中提取出的抗肝炎、肝癌的主要有效单体。为白色粉状固体,分子式C_(32)H_(46)O_8,分子量422,结构式示右:为进一步研究其在体内的吸收、分布及排泄过程,采用液-液催化交换法,制备了~3H-CuB。

Abstract: The ~3H-CuB is prepared by exchange in tritium water with PtO_2 as catalyst, dioxane and alcohol as solvent. It has a specific activity of 2.96×10~4 Bq/mmol and a radiochemical purity of 95—96%.
