Abstract: We synthesized two ~(125)I-labelled antigens: progesterone with the chemical bridge carboxymethylthioether on C-6 and C-16 sites respectively, and combinated them with the antibody, progesterone-11 α-hemisuccinyl-BSA. The experiment showed that the conjugate site of the chemical bridge effected obviously on the combination of antigen-antibody.
