氚标记咪唑类化合物的~3H核磁共振波谱研究

A STUDY OF ~3H NMR SPECTROSCOPY OF TRITIUM LABELLED IMIDAZOLE AND ITS DERIVATIVES

  • 摘要: 本文报道了七种咪唑及其衍生物的催化氚化,采用液-液交换法,以PtO_2为催化剂,成功地标记了咪唑及其衍生物,并用~3H核磁共振法研究了氚在这些化合物中的位置及其相对含量。研究结果表明,二氧化铂系是理想的非均相催化剂,所得的咪唑类氚标记化合物为非定位标记化合物。

     

    Abstract: The positions and contents of tritium labelled imidazole and its derivatives by catalytic tritiation are determined by ~3H NMR spectroscopy. The results show that the exchange process can get the generally labelled compounds at the range of 8—180 h and 85—200℃ by using PtO_2 as the catalyst and tritiated water as a source of tritium.
